Previously we would design the creative but then hand it over to a third party to upload and deliver our online campaigns. This however proved challenging and it would take nearly 24 hours to make a change (if needed) and the process became cumbersome - especially if we needed to pull an ad quickly or take a new direction. The level of reporting provided was also light on detail. Given this, we made the decision to set up our own agency network so that we could assert control over the process.”
