Stephen is Chairman of First Advertising and a shareholder in the company. A commerce graduate of UCD, Stephen joined Price Waterhouse in 1978 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1981. Post qualification Stephen worked for a 2 further years in PW and in 1983 spearheaded a management-buy-in to a retail consumer electronics business (Harry Moore Limited).

Stephen first became involved as an advisor and later became active in the business becoming Chairman and shareholder. As a chartered accountant, Stephen has brought to First a highly disciplined and organised business ethos in addition to his wealth of experience in industry and visionary attributes.
